If you are not fully satisfied with your pre-order item, we can offer an exchange or store credit for the value of the item, as long as it meets the criteria outlined in our return policy (e.g., unworn and in original condition).
Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they are available, within the estimated time frame provided at checkout. Please note, delivery times may vary depending on production and availability.
