What materials are used to make your shoes?

At GORAL, we use carefully selected leathers, suedes, and canvases from suppliers located in the UK, EU, and US to create our shoes. We prioritise materials that are not only visually appealing, but also possess excellent quality, durability, and sustainability. Our shoes feature a leather lasting board and heel counter, cotton threads, laces, and reinforcement, a wool felt midsole, rubber insoles, thermoplastic toe puffs, and a combination of natural latex and rubber soles, ensuring that our products are both comfortable and long-lasting.

Do you offer half sizes or wide sizes?

Depending on the style, we may offer half sizes. If a half size is not available on the product page we advise sizing up for the best fit. 

We offer a wide fit option on most of our styles. The wide fit option adds approximately 10mm to the toe box area for added comfort. If available the wide fit option will be on the product page.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our regular orders will take 25-30 working days to be dispatched, although we do everything to get the shoes completed in this timeframe, delays can occur. However, some of our products may be available in stock and can ship within 2-3 days of ordering. Pre-orders may take longer, and the estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes you can track it here. After we receive your order and begin working on it, you will receive email updates regarding its production progress. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link so you can monitor its delivery.

 

How do I know what size to order?

To determine the best size for your order, we recommend checking the size chart and size suggester provided on the product page before placing an order. While we strive to make the sizing as clear and accurate as possible, it is important to note that sizing may not always be exact.
